At LiteURLs, we aim to provide a trusted, user-friendly platform for managing and sharing links, QR codes, and bio pages. While we empower users with creative freedom, we take safety, legality, and ethical use seriously.

By using LiteURLs, you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), as well as our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy.

1. Overview

LiteURLs strictly prohibits the use of its services for any illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity. Any user found violating this policy may have their account suspended or terminated without prior notice. Certain actions may also result in referral to law enforcement.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use LiteURLs to create, share, link to, or promote content that:

  • Attacks or discriminates based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, immigration status, disability, or medical condition

  • Exploits or endangers children or minors

  • Encourages or glorifies violence, suicide, or self-harm

  • Contains sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual intimate imagery

  • Promotes terrorism, hate groups, or violent extremism

  • Contains misinformation related to public health, elections, or civic processes

  • Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

3. Prohibited Behavior

You may not use LiteURLs to:

  • Upload, share, or distribute viruses, malware, ransomware, or harmful software

  • Engage in phishing, spoofing, or fraud

  • Harvest, scrape, or collect personal information without consent

  • Bypass platform security or use cloaking/open redirect techniques to deceive others

  • Spam, send bulk unsolicited messages, or abuse SMS/Email tools

  • Dox or publish someone’s private information without permission

  • Threaten, harass, impersonate, or coordinate harassment (e.g., brigading)

  • Circumvent bans, suspensions, or IP restrictions (including by creating duplicate accounts)

  • Infringe on any person or entity’s intellectual property rights

4. Platform Integrity

Users may not:

  • Mask destination URLs through multiple redirect layers to hide final content

  • Use automated tools or bots to access or disrupt LiteURLs’ systems

  • Attempt to interfere with, disable, or overload the platform

  • Reverse-engineer or exploit platform vulnerabilities

5. User-Generated Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content, URLs, bio pages, or QR codes you generate, publish, or share through LiteURLs. You agree to maintain the legality and ethical integrity of your content and must promptly remove or update links if they become non-compliant.

6. Reporting Abuse

We encourage users to report any links, profiles, or content that violate this policy. You can:

  • Use the report button available on all public links and profiles

  • Contact us directly at support@liteurls.com

  • Include screenshots or links to help us investigate faster

We respond promptly to abuse reports and will take appropriate action, which may include content removal, link disabling, or account termination.

7. Enforcement and Action

LiteURLs reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy

  • Block access to certain URLs or domains

  • Share information with law enforcement in cases of serious abuse

  • Take action based on the spirit of this policy, even if behavior isn't explicitly listed

This AUP is not exhaustive. If LiteURLs determines that your actions harm the platform, its users, or its reputation, we may act accordingly — even if the behavior isn't explicitly prohibited here.

8. Appealing Decisions

If you believe your content or account was flagged in error, you may contact appeals@liteurls.com to request a review. Please provide relevant details or documentation to support your appeal.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect evolving best practices or legal requirements. Continued use of LiteURLs means you agree to the updated terms.
